Sweet November Stamps Preview Day Three Angel Harmony

Good morning all!  I sure hope you all have enjoyed the past few days of the Sweet November October previews and that I have given you some inspiration too!  Today marks the last day of my guest appearance and before I introduce you to the newest image, I want to sincerely thank the creator of these wonderful images, Amy Young, for this wonderful opportunity she has given me!  I have had a blast working along side of her and her Sweet November Gals, Marion and Nancy!

Now, on to the good stuff!  I introduce you to.....Harmony!  Amy has really created a wonderful theme with these angels of peace, love, joy and happiness! Perfect for this holiday season!  I did something  little different with Harmony in that I paper pieced her dress, which I have never done before.  I used a embossing pen and outlined the swirls and then heat embossed with UTEE ( for those that don't know UTEE is Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel).  I just wanted to try something a little different than just coloring everything all the time, so I would love any feedback on this! You can't really see it in the picture but I added Spica pen to both the horn and wings.
Copic marker coloring; handmade cards; coloring hair with copics; copic techniques;

Please make sure you check out the other Sweet November Gal's blogs. I'm sure that AmyNancy, and Marion have created something awesome to share with you today.  Remember there will be a chance to win to  the new release each day.  All you have to do is leave comments on the Sweet November Gals' blogs (winners will be announced on Amy's blog blog on Saturday, Oct. 6th).  All of the stamps will be available for purchase in the All That Scraps's Store on October 5th.

Thanks so much for taking a peek at my card today!  Please feel free to continue to follow my blog even after I am no longer a guest gal for Sweet November stamps.....hee hee!

  6. Another wonderful card Marcy. Love the paperpiecing, although I must admit I cannot see the embossed lines in the photograph (also have to admit I haven't a clue as to what UTEE is LOL).

  10. That is absolutely beautiful! I would love to see another hair tutorial - but with a smaller image. I can't get tiny brushstrokes like you did with a really small image. I'd love to see how you do it when you don't have as much "space" to work in!
